A highly regarded Legal 500-ranked London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and growing Commercial Property team.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with an experienced and supportive team comprising an Equity Partner, two Salaried Partners, an Associate , an NQ Solicitor, Paralegal and Secretary.

Your work will include:

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Refinancing
• Charity property work, including regulatory compliance
• Drafting and negotiating leases and complex property documentation
• Advising a diverse range of HNW commercial clients
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, commercial advice

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years' solid PQE in a broad range of Commercial Property work
• Experience managing a varied Commercial Property caseload
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Commercially minded and client focused
• Collaborative team player with a positive approach
