A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Planner to support a portfolio of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑performing team delivering fast‑paced, technically challenging schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, update and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject
• Support tender and pre‑construction planning activities
• Work with project managers and site teams to track progress and identify risks
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and programme narratives
• Ensure programmes align with contractual requirements and project milestones
• Contribute to planning strategy across multiple concurrent projects

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Planner within a main contractor environment (Tier 1 experience highly desirable)
• Strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment projects
• Proficient user of Asta Powerproject
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Available for freelance engagement and able to start at short notice
