Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting a Financial Services Regulatory Paralegal to join a US law firm on a rolling 6-month contract basis.

The duties will include regular client contact working closely with partners and associates in the team, along with the following:

• Performing research
• Co-ordinating regulatory filing materials
• Other trainee and junior associate level tasks

The ideal candidate will have previous paralegal experience ideally within a regulatory, fund structuring or fund deal execution team. This team has a great track record of promoting Paralegals internally following successful SQE qualification.
